9D Breathwork

Join us every Saturday in March and April as LeVaughn guides us through breathwork.
This journey is designed to soothe the nervous system, release tension and bring the body and mind into harmony. Through a sequence of gentle breathing techniques- including deep belly breathing, box breathing, and the 4-2-6 method- you'll learn to regulate your emotional state, calm your heart rate and cultivate awareness in moments of overwhelm.
