MON 6PM - Vinyasa Flow - Link conscious breath and mindful movement. Awaken your strength, energy and flexibility with this flowing, dynamic practice.
TUES 10AM - Gentle Mindful - A mixed level, fun, reggae-infused practice! Savasanas always include some music, singing and chanting.
TUES 6PM - Mindful Core Strengthening - A combination of the calming energy of yoga mixed with the core-strengthening focus of Pilates.
WEDN 10AM - Pilates - A fun and engaging practice that improves strength and posture, tones muscles, increases metabolisms and encourages weight loss.
WEDN 7:30PM - Roots Rock Yoga - A fun and engaging practice that improves strength and posture, tones muscles, increases metabolisms and encourages weight loss.
THUR 10AM - Gentle Mindful Yoga for Wellbeing - A slow-paced class perfect for toning muscles and building body awareness. All levels welcome
THUR 6PM - Yoga for Release and Relief - Explore your body & depth of focus to achieve total relaxation
THUR 7:30PM - Healing Meditation - Learn mudras and meditations that will cleanse and recharge your energy
SAT 9AM - Open Pilates - A fun and engaging practice that improves strength and posture, tones muscles, increases metabolisms and encourages weight loss.
SAT 10:30AM - Yin Yoga - A deeply healing practice where you encouraged to relax, stretch and breathe into a series of a passive poses.
SUN 11AM - RISE Yoga - A mix of teachers each week. Donation-based. Proceeds go towards RISE Kidz Club.

Yoga Classes
Yoga originates from the Sanskrit word Yuj, or union, which refers to the union of physical, emotional and spiritual experience. The basic principle under-lying the practice of yoga is “a self fulfilled person is a healthy person, free from disease caused by stress and unhealthy living habits.”

Pilates Classes
The primary principles of Pilates include Breath, Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision and Flow.   Serious students will see toning in most muscles of the body, in particular the abdominals, the arms and the legs. A consistent Pilates practice tailored to a student’s needs may also help to alleviate certain types of back pain and other ailments.
Belly Dance, also called Raks Sharki, is a form of dance that many are familiar with. But few understand the effects it has on the human body. The graceful hip rolls, drops, and pivots of this dance engage muscle groups in the abdomen, pelvis, trunk, spine, and neck, working with the body instead of against it.
