Welcome to Afya!   We are delighted to invite you to our studio situated in a beautiful garden setting in the Liguanea area. Afya offers a variety of classes in yoga, pilates and body sculpting, all taught by well-trained instructors.

Afya (meaning health and harmony in Kiswahili) aims to provide a friendly and fun space in a beautiful garden setting for you to enjoy the energizing vitality of Yoga, the challenge of Pilates & Body Sculpting as well as the grace.  Here, with regular practice comes discipline, an increase in physical, mental and spiritual well-being and a deeper awareness of self.
